Eduardo Pagés is Co-Founder and Fund Manager at Capital Legacy Partners. With a diversified background spanning commercial management, consulting, and real estate investments, Eduardo brings over a decade of experience in strategic deal negotiation. After leading commercial operations in logistics, he transitioned into real estate consulting, advising on U.S. acquisitions and portfolio strategies. At Capital Legacy, Eduardo focuses on identifying high-potential opportunities, protecting investor capital, and driving sustainable returns. He holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and combines a global business perspective with deep expertise in the U.S. real estate sector.

Israel is the Co-Founder of Legion Real Estate and a capital markets professional with over 15 years of experience. His expertise lies in financial oversight, investor engagement, and structuring multi-million-dollar transactions.

At Legion, he focuses on building long-term investor relationships and executing disciplined strategies across multifamily and office investments. His current priorities include sourcing capital efficiently, structuring deals that balance risk and return, designing acquisition structures, and building scalable investor and financial platforms.

Israel’s earlier career included managing international businesses and portfolios, which broadened his perspective on growth and execution. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University.

Gonzalo has extensive experience in logistics, transportation management, the fintech industry, and business development/strategic partnerships. Through diverse roles in transportation, fintech, new venture creation, and strategic alliances—and supported by two master’s degrees—Gonzalo is focused on attracting new investors seeking to strategically diversify their wealth.

Javier joined CLP in 2025 as Director of Asset Management and Investor Relations. Prior to CLP, he held positions at Ares Management, Walton Street Capital, and Planigrupo. At Walton Street Mexico, he worked in asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions across industrial, multifamily, and retail portfolios. Following the acquisition by Ares Management, he continued in the same role as part of Ares Mexico’s inaugural team, where he led ESG initiatives and industrial portfolio reporting. He brings strong experience in origination, underwriting, negotiation, and execution, with a disciplined approach to portfolio management, capital efficiency, and value creation to deliver consistent, risk-adjusted returns for investors.
